LifeLong Learning Center

What is the LifeLong Learning Center?
The LifeLong Learning Center was built as a Indiana Millennium project in 2000 with funds provided by:  the Scott County Community Foundation (Lilly Endowment GIFT program), the City of Scottsburg, and the Indiana Department of Commerce (CDBG dollars). It opened in January, 2001.

 

The LifeLong Learning Center, under one roof, provides:

  • A variety of workforce, training and educational services to the citizens of
    Scott County for the purpose of enhancing their knowledge and skills to
    ensure maximum employability, self-sufficiency and a higher quality of life.
     
  • A seamless entry to workforce services and lifelong learning opportunities.
    It is available to individuals and employers for education, training opportunities
    and workforce services.
